日中友好が希求されるこのご時勢、こよなく中華料理を愛する者たちにより、熱中賞の会（熱烈に中華料理を賞味する会）が設立されました。中華料理の多様性と奥深さを味わうべく、各省や地域に注目し、白地図を塗りつぶすべく料理店を巡る予定です。 We are proud Chinese food lovers. With these political difficulties, all we need is good food and good friendship. Thus, here in Tokyo, we would like to declare the establishment of Necchu Sho No Kai, Association for Chinese Food Lovers in Tokyo, aiming to eat good, diversified, and reasonable Chinese food in Tokyo. We will try to taste each provincial food in 2010 and 2011.
